Good car rental company.

This review is mainly about our experience with Cindy at CNR AUTO. Quite frankly, she was a lifesaver, and a supreme example of what stellar customer service looks like. My wife and I were facing a highly bizarre and unexpected problem involving a car rented by her brother Samuel (trust me, none of you out there has gone through exactly this). I won't go into all the details to avoid the risk that some folks in problematic circumstances might possibly expect/demand unreasonable things of Cindy or other CNR employees. What I will say is that Cindy went far, far above and beyond in an extraordinarily difficult situation that had the looming potential to be so much worse. Thanks to her efforts, flexibility, and open communication, we were able to get our issue completely resolved; I don't think we'll ever forget her friendliness and professionalism. The next time we're in the area, we'll absolutely be looking up Cindy and CNR for any car rental needs.
