If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours before the pickup time, one day rental fee will be assessed no less than 50.00CAD. If the customer does not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited.Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and before scheduled pickup.

Self-Service Cancellation Policy For reservations that include a Self-Service option (including Airport Self-Service Pickup):
Customers may cancel in accordance with the standard cancellation policy only if the self-service process has not been completed.
Once the customer has completed document verification through the self-service workflow (verification email confirmation), the Self-Service fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time.
If the vehicle has already been staged or delivered (for example, at YVR), any applicable parking fees and service fees will also be non-refundable.
Modify/Changes
If you end up making changes to your prepaid booking, then you will be responsible for the difference in price between your old booking and the new booking.
